Rahul Iyer is a trained ICF and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certified practitioner. As an International Coach Federation trained professional, Rahul is bound by the ICF ethical guidelines and professional standards and is trained on its coaching competencies. As a certified NLP practitioner Rahul makes extensive use of NLP techniques during his coaching sessions which enable the client to achieve an ideal state by which he can find solutions and achieve goals.

Rahul has over 13 years of experience in the corporate world and has held senior leadership positions. He understands how the corporate world operates relating to goals and targets, relationships, appraisal methods, and HR mechanisms. This experience adds great value in understanding issues faced by executives and also adds significant practical elements to the coaching techniques.
